Reporting Copyright Infringement
Dariday respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that content on Dariday infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice requesting its removal.
Notice Requirements
A valid removal notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the specific content you want removed and its location on Dariday; your contact information (name, email address); a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; and your physical or electronic signature.
Where to Send Notices
Send copyright removal notices to support@dariday.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice". We will review and respond to valid notices promptly.
Removal of Non-Consensual Content
Dariday prohibits the posting of intimate content without the consent of all individuals depicted. If you appear in content on Dariday that was posted without your consent, contact support@dariday.com and we will remove it as a priority.
Counter-Notice
If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to support@dariday.com containing your contact information, identification of the removed content, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed in error.
Repeat Infringers
Dariday will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
