Scope & Acceptance

This Content Policy applies to all users and creators on Dariday. By uploading, publishing, or distributing any content on the platform, you agree to comply with the rules set forth below. Dariday reserves the right to remove content and take action against accounts that violate this policy.

Age Requirement

Every individual depicted in any content on Dariday must be at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. Creators are required to verify the age of all persons appearing in their content before uploading. Consent & Documentation

Creators must obtain and retain written consent from every individual appearing in their content prior to publication. This consent must cover both the creation and the distribution of the material on Dariday. Creators are solely responsible for maintaining these records and must be able to produce them upon request by Dariday or law enforcement. Content published without the documented consent of all depicted individuals will be removed immediately.

Strictly Prohibited Content

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on Dariday with zero tolerance. Uploading, sharing, or promoting any such material will result in immediate content removal, permanent account termination, and referral to law enforcement where applicable:

• Any depiction of a minor or minor-appearing individual in a sexual context (CSAM), regardless of whether the content is real or digitally generated.
• Non-consensual intimate content, including hidden-camera recordings, revenge pornography, or any material distributed without the informed consent of all individuals depicted.
• Content depicting bestiality or sexual acts involving animals.
• Content that promotes, glorifies, or depicts human trafficking or sexual exploitation.
• Content depicting incest, whether real or simulated.
• Content depicting necrophilia.
• Extreme gore, gratuitous violence, or content intended to shock rather than inform or entertain.
• Impersonation or deepfake content that uses the likeness of a real person without their explicit, documented consent.
• Content that depicts or promotes real non-consensual sexual activity of any kind.

Authenticity & Impersonation

All content on Dariday must be authentic and not deceptive. Creators may not impersonate other individuals, brands, or organizations. AI-generated or AI-assisted creator accounts must clearly disclose their nature and operate under the direct supervision and responsibility of the account owner. Any content that misleads viewers about the identity of the creator or the individuals depicted is prohibited.

Reporting & Removal

If you encounter content on Dariday that you believe violates this policy, please report it immediately by contacting support@dariday.com. For copyright infringement or non-consensual content takedown requests, please refer to our DMCA & Content Removal Policy. We review all reports promptly and aim to take action within 24 hours of receiving a valid report.

Enforcement

Violations of this Content Policy may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination at Dariday's sole discretion. The severity of enforcement depends on the nature and severity of the violation. For content that is illegal or poses an immediate threat to safety, Dariday will report the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation.
